General
Age Requirement: • Summer 2015: May 1, 2015 – Nov 19, 2015 Cascade Lodge, The Aspens on Blackcomb and Whistler Peak Lodge guests ONLY: the individual making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name. All other RQW properties: the individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name. Extra person charges will apply for 13 years or older. There will be no extra person charges for children (0-12 years). Over Victoria Day / May Long Weekend (May 15 – 17th), the age is 25 years for ALL PROPERTIES. No exceptions please. ResortQuest Whistler reserve the right to deny 3rd party payments over the following periods: Long Weekends, Special events or any other period at the discretion of ResortQuest Whistler. • Winter 2015/2016: Nov 21, 2015 - April 30, 2016 Cascade Lodge and The Aspens on Blackcomb guests ONLY: the individual making the reservation must be 19 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation and have a valid credit card in their name. Written Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before final payment date will forfeit one night's deposit, plus the resort fee and applicable taxes. Cancellation after final payment will forfeit the full amount. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. <b>Suite Secrets:</b> 100% non-refundable full payment taken at time of booking.
Written Deposit Policy
<b>SUMMER 2015: May 1, 2015 - November 20, 2015</b> • Deposit: One night's room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable. • Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest's credit card 7 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable. • Cancellations: Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservations. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights. Please refer to your deposit schedule in your reservation for more details. <b>WINTER 2015/2016: Nov 21, 2015 - April 30, 2016: Valid for all seasons except Holiday Season</b> • Deposit: One night's room rate plus applicable taxes + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable. Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest's credit card 30 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable. • Cancellations: Cancellations made 31 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation. The guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of the guest's actual arrival or departure. There will be no refund for early departures or unused nights. <b>HOLIDAY SEASON - Dec 18, 2015 - Jan 02, 2016</b> • Deposit: One night's room rate plus tax + entire 7% Resort Fee (plus applicable taxes) is charged as a deposit at the time of booking and is 100% non-refundable. Final Payment: Balance is automatically charged to the guest's credit card 60 days prior to arrival and is 100% non-refundable. • Cancellations: Cancellations made 61 days or more prior to arrival will forfeit deposit. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation. Please refer to your deposit schedule in your reservation for more details. The primary guest of the reservation (name that is on the actual reservation) must be the valid credit card holder of the reservation, must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation, must be present at check-in and must supply the credit card/s that have been applied to their reservation at time of check-in. 3rd party payments for reservations are on request and at the discretion of ResortQuest Whistler. 3rd party payments may be denied over certain periods, please inquire. ResortQuest Whistler reserve the right to impose an increase in security deposit, and may request additional paperwork to be signed upon check-in for long weekends, Special events or any other period at the discretion of ResortQuest Whistler. Check In
Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m.Due to our high standards for cleanliness, not all units will be ready for check-in promptly at 4:00 pm. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternate plans available between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. in case the unit is not yet ready. Please ensure that all keys are returned to the office upon check out. Cascade Lodge Check-in: 24-hour check in/out facility located at 4315 Northlands Blvd. (604-905-4875): Cascade Lodge, Alpenglow, Blueberry Home, Lake Placid Lodge, The Bluffs & The Ridge. Glacier Lodge Check-in: 24-hour check in/out facility located at 4573 Chateau Blvd. 604-905-4875, extension #2: GLACIER LODGE GUESTS ONLY Town Plaza Check-in: 4314 Main St. 604-905-4875, extension #2: Sun-Thu 9am-9pm and Fri-Sat 8am-12am midnight. Check Out
Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. Please ensure that all keys are returned to the office upon check out. If ResortQuest Whistler is required to retrieve keys left in the unit by the guest, a $30 fee (per key) will be charged to the guest's credit card.
Pets
ResortQuest Whistler may have a pet friendly unit available at select properties/units. Pet friendly units are limited and on request basis only at time of reservation. There will be a minimum cleaning fee of $75 plus GST per stay (subject to change).
Other
No Daily Maid Service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. A touch up clean and towel and linen change are included once every 4 days for stays of 5 nights or longer. Additional housekeeping services are available for a fee. Please call for specific details. Internet Access: Although some of ResortQuest Whistler properties provide complimentary internet, not all suites/properties have this feature. If having internet access is of utmost importance to the guest we highly recommend that the guest/partner verify the suite has internet access prior to making their reservation. Parking Restrictions: Parking at ResortQuest Whistler properties are generally limited to 1 vehicle per reservation. Parking charges vary per property, please read the following carefully: $15/day (plus GST) at the following properties: The Alpenglow, Glacier Lodge, Glaciers Reach, Town Plaza and Whistler Peak Lodge. $16/day (plus GST) at the following property: The Marquise. $17/day (plus GST) at the following property: The Aspens on Blackcomb. $18/day (plus GST) at the following property: Cascade Lodge ***The Alpenglow, Aspens on Blackcomb, Glacier Lodge and The Marquise use a parking machine for payment. The machine accepts coins or credit card (exception with Glacier Lodge that only accepts credit card). For all other locations parking is paid for at time of check-In. All other properties offer complimentary parking for 1 car only. Some exceptions may apply, please ask for details. Most ResortQuest Whistler properties do not have over height vehicle access. There are limited areas within Whistler for over height vehicles. If required, please ask for details regarding over height parking at time of your reservation. Note: Parking restrictions and fees are subject to change without prior notice and may fluctuate over Holiday weekends/periods. Smoking Policy: All units are non-smoking. <b>Special Requests: </b> As ResortQuest Whistler is a property management company responsible for the vacation rental of individually owned units, unit amenities and layouts may vary. Special requests for specific floors, actual unit numbers, specific bedding configuration, certain views, rooms close to one another etc can be made, however are never guaranteed by ResortQuest Whistler. Confirmation of request will be confirmed or denied to the guest at check-in. Security Deposit: ResortQuest Whistler accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards. All payments must be paid in Canadian dollars. A credit card will be required upon check-in for incidental charges and a security deposit. ResortQuest Whistler pre-authorizes the credit-card number for a security deposit in case of damages or incidentals incurred that are not covered by, or exceed the damage waiver. The pre-authorization will typically be voided 10 -15 business days after departure date provided there is no damage, missing inventory, telephone charges and/or excessive cleaning required. At times, due to bank restrictions, the pre-authorization may not be voided until after 15 days. The security deposit amount that is pre-authorized at check-in will vary based on unit size. Please call for specific details. No credit-card fees will be charged to guests. Security deposit amounts authorized upon check-in will vary based on room size and will be anywhere between $250-$2000 CAD per room.
